Forty aspiring chefs and 20 opportunities for our chefs to create mouthwatering food in ‘The Catering Challenge’ mobile kitchen to serve to the public.
In each episode two rival chefs prepare a different meal from a set of common ingredients to serve to members of the public at venues throughout the UK. Whoever serves the most plates wins.
