Three rival communities from the Isle of Lewis embark on a 12 week regime of fitness and fun designed by our very own fat buster, dietician Karen France.  Karen shows them how to lose weight, enjoy exercise and live a healthier lifestyle.  Her message is simple “ Put less on your plate, increase your exercise and you’ll lose weight.”
Our three communities go head to head in a series of challenges designed to change their lives forever.  And the community that loses the most weight wins our Islanders on a Diet prize.
